1979 - 1990 Vice President, Law, West Coast, National Broadcasting Company, Inc., Burbank, CA.  Responsibilities covered all aspects of NBC's business, including the Entertainment, Network Business Affairs, Sports and Network News Divisions, KNBC and KNBC News, NBC Productions and all technical and support services.  Negotiated and drafted agreements for all represented departments, supervised and handled litigation, represented the company in connection with pending state and municipal legislation and proposed regulations by state and federal administrative agencies and managed a professional and non-professional staff.

1971 – 1977 Associate, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Los Angeles, CA.  Business litigation practice primarily focused in the areas of antitrust and trade regulation, real estate and professional liability.  Extensive experience in state and federal courts.
